We started our property management company at the start of 2020, just before the entire world shut down. We were in the beginning stages of doing our first remodel, unsure if we were even going to be able to get the materials, or find contractors willing to take on the work. Through lots of trials and errors, and some more errors, we came out at the other side with a beautiful rental property for our client!
That property will always hold a special place in our hearts, proving that persevering through the hard times brings you to some of the greatest blessings in life! We are so thankful to have such an amazing team, badass contractors that are willing to weather any storm (snowstorms, windstorms, broken heat pumps during a heat wave, emergency repairs, fallen trees, etc), and all of our fantastic clients and renters!
